New York Surf and East Coast FC are excited to announce a new partnership for the 2022/2023 season. The affiliation will bring together two of the premier Girls’ soccer clubs on Long Island. East Coast FC will develop players U7-U12 then those players will transition to New York Surf at the U13 age group.
With a curriculum focused on skill development, ball mastery, and a possession-based playing style, East Coast has established itself as one of the premier youth development academies on Long Island. ECFC plays on lighted synthetic turf fields, state-of-the art facilities, and offers weekly video review to all academy-level teams.
NY Surf offers one of the top coaching staffs in the region, including current and former Division I, II, and III college coaches. In the past three years, the club has helped place over 100 girls that have gone on to play collegiate soccer. Through their possession-oriented curriculum, they have developed players that have gone on to be high school All-Americans, regional ODP players, All-Conference and All-Region NCAA student-athletes.
With this partnership, ECFC and NY Surf, will field multiple teams at each age group and provide all players a pathway best suited for their development from 7v7 to college soccer.
